Students of Pacific Sands Academy and the Pacific Sands Program of West River Academy receive weekly to monthly mentoring and support. A CA credentialed teacher of Pacific Sands works closely with each student to help define and follow up on learning goals and self directed projects. Most students of Pacific Sands find this weekly/monthly mentoring very valuable. Students may also be enrolled in Pacific Sands Academy or Pacific Sands program of West River Academy and have other avenues for their homeschool pursuits. If this is the choice, the two programs operate very much the same.
